Take yours daily.
The Apgar score developed by Dr. Virginia Apgar in the early 1950’s and remains the method used to evaluate the health of all newborns at 1 and 5 minutes after birth. The criteria used to determine a baby’s apgar score is their pulse rate, muscle tone, respiratory effort, skin color, and response to stimulation.
You should create for yourself your own personal “apgar” score and determine it every morning and/or evening.
Create a list of the things you want to measure every day and give each one a value from 0 to 2, with 2 being the maximal score.
Here are examples of what you may want to measure:
General Health
Stress
Sleep
Nutrition
Contentment
Optimism
Grade yourself from 0 to 2 in each category and follow your score daily.
Wishes for a great day, each one a gift,
